Shipping is based on the weight of your order and all international orders are shipped
via Airmail through Australia Post.

Important Information /
Policies
Our shipping methods may take
longer depending on the customs practices in some countries. If your parcel is
inspected by the Customs Department in your country, that could add time to the
arrival of your order.
Please Note: Orders that include items with longer shipping dates, such as
The Mountain range of t-shirts will not ship until all items are available -
this could add up to 10 days to your arrival time.
International Shipping Insurance:
If you are concerned about buying from far off Australia, please
purchase shipping insurance by adding it to your shopping cart with your other items. Shipping insurance is optional for small orders but it covers your order for up to $150 AUD through our postal and costs $7.50
USD. International orders that weigh 1kg or more (approx. 5 t-shirts) will automatically be shipped with insurance.
International Customs Charges:
Customs
charges vary from country to country and usually apply on larger orders in
our experience. We always fill out the appropriate customs information when our
orders are shipped overseas and rarely have any problems - please be sure to
consider your local tax & customs laws before ordering from Australian Native T-Shirts as we cannot be held responsible for orders incurring charges by your local
government.
Postage Information within
Australia:
The best option for postage of Australian orders is a flat $8.50 (pay no
more!)* no matter how many items you order. Orders will generally arrive within 1
week of shipment unless there is an unexpected delay - if this is the case, we
will notify you by email as soon as possible. If you have provided an email
address from a free website such as yahoo or hotmail, be sure to check your junk
mail regularly. *Subject to change.
Please Note: Orders that include items
with longer shipping dates, such as

All Australian orders may
now be sent registered at our discretion which requires a signature
at your end. If you are not home, Australia Post will leave a card and you will
need to pick up your order from your local Post Office. This has been put into
effect to ensure all orders arrive safely to their destination.
We do not allow pickups - All orders will be
shipped via Australia Post.
Returns:* We offer refund of purchase price only - postage and handling will not be refunded. Goods must be returned in good order within 14 days before a refund will be given. All orders are
checked for breakages before they are shipped. Please take care when ordering
- different t-shirt brands have different sizing and the chest measurement
should always be considered.
Exchange Policy:
Garments can be exchanged as long as you pay the postage in
returning it to us and include a self addressed post satchel or postpak for the
new garment to be sent to you (Australian residents only). International
exchanges will be invoiced via e-mail for the reshipping costs before we can
ship your exchange garments. Any exchanges must be
arranged via e-mail before you send the item/s back to Animalteez.
